This is a pictograph of a wine vessel. The vessel has a handle and a spout, and sits on tripod feet. It was a ritual vessel used to pour a libation. Hence, it is an ideograph for the noun libation.

Comment:

There is only one extant example of this Indus sign.

 

Inscription M-402 is interesting because it refers to a summer festival in honour of Ishtar.
