This is the symbol for each farm, combined with the verb to forecast. Hence, it translates as forecast for all farms.

There is only one extant example of this sign in the Indus texts.
In inscription L-110, the field element of this symbol is scaled to almost full character height, which indicates that the correct interpretation is a field, rather than a landmark, which would have been drawn to a smaller scale.
