This is a pictograph of a grub or larvae. There is a point of light at each corner of the character area. Hence, the meaning is: larvae (from) everywhere.

This is Mahadevan's sign number 5060 which I have redrawn to better reflect the grub shape of the original.

The sample inscription is very short. However, the seal's motif gives us the key to understanding H-79. The motif depicts a bull with bowl shaped horns and a food plate beneath his muzzle. This tells us that the seal refers to a restaurant which served insect dishes.

For inscription H-79, the paraphrase: all kinds of insects, might be an apt translation.
